Haven is seeking a People Services Team Leader in Hemel Hempstead, a hybrid role requiring three days in the office. You will lead a team of People Services Administrators, own day-to-day service delivery, and drive improvements to our HR processes.

You’ll work within our Breath of Fresh Air culture to support thousands of team members across Haven’s parks and central support centre. The ideal candidate has strong HR administration experience, team leadership skills, and a track record of

As we continue to improve our people services, systems and ways of working, we want to make it simpler and easier for our team members and leaders to get the support they need.We’re looking for an experienced People Services Team Leader who brings together strong HR administration expertise and confident people leadership. You’ll lead a team of People Services Administrators, take ownership of day-to-day service delivery and help us improve how we work.It's a hands-on role to build a capable team, deliver responsive service, and make a real difference to team experience across Haven. You'll develop your team, shape day-to-day operations, and see the impact of improvements you implement.
