Job summary

Liverpool FC Foundation is seeking a People Services Administrator to join our People Services Team in Liverpool. You will coordinate onboarding and vetting for new starters and liaise with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a high standard onboarding experience, while supporting other HR processes across the employee journey.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, customer service, recruitment or HR environment is desirable.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and vetting checks and ensure records are accurate and timely.
• Support safer recruitment processes, including DBS checks where required.
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle personal information confidentiality.
• Provide admin support across the employee journey including contractual changes and leavers.
• Respond to People Services queries and direct colleagues to information or teams.
• Assist with general admin tasks for People Services and People & Culture teams.
