Qualifications

• Strong administration experience in a busy environment.
• Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience of workforce planning or broad workforce responsibilities.
• Ability to prepare data and turn it into clear plans and reports.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for people and office enquiries.
• Coordinate charity requests and ensure timely responses.
• Oversee day-to-day office needs, supplies and room support.
• Manage recruitment processes, onboarding and exits.
• Support governance, board reports and audits.
