You’ll also provide administrative support across other stages of the employee journey, including contractual changes, promotions and leavers. As part of the People Services team, you’ll help colleagues with their queries and support the continued improvement of our processes.

What will you be doing?

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and handling personal information with care and confidentiality.
  • Supporting People Services processes such as contractual changes, promotions and leavers.
  • Responding to People-related queries and directing colleagues to the right information or team when needed.
  • Providing general administrative support to the People Services and wider People and Culture teams.
  • Learning how our People systems and processes work and developing your knowledge through practical experience and support from the team.
Who are we looking for?

You’ll be organised, motivated and comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change. You’ll have strong attention to detail and take pride in completing work accurately and on time.

You’ll also:

  • Have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to build effective working relationships with colleagues at different levels.
  • Be comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
  • Be able to organise your workload and keep track of several tasks.
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality when handling personal information.
  • Be willing to ask questions, learn from others and develop your skills.
  • Have some experience in an administrative, customer service, recruitment or HR environment, although full training and support will be provided.
Why should you apply?

This is a full-time perm position working 35 hours per week. Your main base will be our city centre office in Liverpool.

Please note, this vacancy may close early if we receive a high volume of applications, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
