Liverpool Football Club is hiring a People Services Administrator to join the team in Liverpool city centre. The role focuses on coordinating onboarding and vetting for new starters, maintaining records with confidentiality and supporting HR processes across the employee journey.
You will handle queries, contribute to process improvements and learn our People systems with support from the team. This is a full-time, 35-hour-per-week position with training provided.
We are looking for a People Services Administrator to join the team at Liverpool FC.
We have a key role within our People Services Team for a proactive with HR or recruitment/onboarding experience. Within this role you will have responsibility for coordinating the onboarding and vetting process for new starters, including our safer recruitment roles, and liaising closely with candidates and hiring managers to make sure we provide a high standard onboarding experience.
You’ll also provide administrative support across other stages of the employee journey, including contractual changes, promotions and leavers. As part of the People Services team, you’ll help colleagues with their queries and support the continued improvement of our processes.
You’ll be organised, motivated and comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change. You’ll have strong attention to detail and take pride in completing work accurately and on time.

This is a full-time perm position working 35 hours per week. Your main base will be our city centre office in Liverpool.
