Job summary

Liverpool FC Foundation is seeking an Administration & Talent Manager to become the dependable centre of our people and office operations. You will ensure high‑quality admin, support recruitment, and help grow our workforce across communities.

This full‑time role focuses on structuring processes, delivering a welcoming experience for colleagues and candidates, and driving improvements in how we work. Based at Anfield and our Chapel Street HQ, you’ll shape our people strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong administration experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment, candidate communications and onboarding.
• Experience of workforce planning, or working in a role with broad workforce planning responsibilities.
• Ability to turn data into clear plans, reports and communications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for people and office enquiries and coordinate admin.
• Manage vacancies from approval to onboarding and build inclusive talent pipelines.
• Oversee day-to-day office needs, supplies, and governance documentation.
• Support recruitment approvals and maintain recruitment records compliant with legal requirements.
• Develop workforce models and collaborate with Finance on labour costs and recruitment plans.
