Job summary

Artis HR is seeking a People Services Lead to oversee the delivery of people services within a large organisation, combining team leadership with broad HR oversight during an ongoing transformation programme. You will lead a team supporting managers and employees across the employee lifecycle, ensuring day-to-day HR activity runs smoothly while helping embed improved processes and new ways of working.

• Broad generalist HR knowledge across the employee lifecycle, including ER.
• Ability to lead teams through change and maintain service delivery.
