Job summary

LPPA Pensions is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Lead to shape and deliver the future of People & Culture services. This hybrid role requires delivery across the full employee lifecycle, leading transformation programs and embedding improvements through new systems and data-driven insights.

You will work with senior leaders to turn organisational priorities into practical, measurable outcomes, driving digital innovation, analytics and value-for-money changes across the function.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading transformation/change programmes in People/OD.
• Strong knowledge of People transformation, service design and modern operating models.
• Experience implementing People systems and improving service quality.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and communication skills.
• Credibility to influence senior leaders on investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of LPPA's People & Culture transformation roadmap with clear milestones.
• Review and redesign People & Culture processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Develop the People technology roadmap and oversee system implementation and optimization.
• Identify opportunities for digital innovation, automation and self-service.
• Improve workforce data quality and analytics to enable evidence-based decisions.
• Ensure adoption and embedding of new systems and ways of working.
• Oversee external suppliers, procurement and benefits realization.
• Ensure governance, data protection and regulatory compliance in transformation.
