Qualifications

• Proven experience in a payroll management or senior payroll position.
• Strong knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance, pensions and statutory requirements.
• Experience managing end-to-end payroll processes.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using payroll and HR systems; Workday desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with HR, Finance and external stakeholders.
