United Infrastructure Group is seeking a Group People Business Partner to work with business leaders and line managers across Warrington to shape people strategies and enable delivery of organisational objectives.

You will partner with the pillar leadership team, guide HR practices, and use data to inform decision making, change initiatives, and workforce planning within the UK operations.

Formación

• CIPD Level 7 or proven HR experience at Business Partner level, including generalist HR.
• Solid grasp of current UK employment law and the ability to apply this to employee relations cases.
• Knowledge and experience of TUPE, settlement negotiation and managing redundancy campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to develop good work relationships across the business.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted partner to pillar Managing Director and Senior Leadership team to provide guidance on people practices.
• Lead and coordinate TUPE consultations and transfers ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to identify current and future skills requirements aligned with business strategy.
• Use data-driven insights to guide talent development, succession planning and workforce planning.
• Provide guidance on people practices such as restructures and succession planning.
