Job summary

UK Tote Group is seeking an experienced BI Reporting Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract to lead the delivery, development and continuous improvement of our BI reporting capabilities.

You'll be a technical expert in Power BI, DAX and SQL, partner with internal stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions, mentor a BI team and shape reporting strategy. This role offers an opportunity to enhance self-service analytics across the business and deliver high-quality, automated reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SSRS and SQL as SME.
• Experience leading BI or reporting teams and coaching colleagues.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance reporting and dashboard suites using Power BI.
• Design, develop and maintain robust, automated reporting solutions.
• Act as SME for Power BI and SQL, promote best practices.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality across outputs.
• Translate stakeholder needs into self-service reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Engineering to roll out further Power BI suites.
• Deliver training to enable self-sufficiency in Power BI.
• Promote a data-driven culture across the business.
• Manage, mentor and develop a BI team with a high-performance mindset.
• Review work, provide technical guidance and plan workload.
• Foster collaboration across the business.
