Job summary

The role focuses on outside IR35 contracting, with hybrid work and one day per week onsite in Northampton. Strong SQL Server and Power BI expertise are essential.

Lead Data Analyst (Contract - Outside IR35 6 Months) £350-£375 per day | 1 day per week onsite (Northampton) | Hybrid

We're seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst to take ownership of Business Intelligence and Management Information reporting within a growing organisation. This is a contract opportunity operating outside IR35, offering a blend of remote work with 1 day per week onsite in Northampton.

You'll work closely with a small team of Data Analysts, providing technical leadership while remaining hands‑on in the design and delivery of scalable, high‑quality reporting solutions. This role is ideal for a technically strong analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders, and driving meaningful business insights.
