This hybrid role is highly administrative, focusing on smooth processes for candidates and employees, and supporting both recruitment and general HR activity.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with strong communication and IT skills, ready to help with payroll support, contracts and employee records.

Qualifications

• Previous HR, recruitment or administration experience.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong work ethic and willing to roll up their sleeves and support wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Managing recruitment administration from advert through to onboarding.
• Coordinating interviews and candidate communications.
• Preparing contracts, offer letters and employee documentation.
• Maintaining HR systems and employee records.
• Supporting payroll administration.
• Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries.
• Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Providing wider administrative support to the team as required.
