• Experience in a People Operations or HR Manager role.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

• Lead and develop a small People team, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Provide expert guidance to managers on employee-related matters.
• Oversee recruitment activity from workforce planning through onboarding.
• Manage employee relations matters and support complex casework.
• Drive improvements across people processes, systems, and policies.
• Support talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Assist with organisational change projects and workforce planning.
• Support compensation, benefits, and benchmarking exercises.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal governance requirements.
• Produce and analyse people data to support decision-making and identify trends.
