Job summary

Future is hiring a People Operations HR Admin in Bath hybrid role supporting onboarding, offboarding and internal moves using Dayforce. You will maintain HR records, administer benefits, and assist with process improvements to improve employee experience.

Reporting to the Senior People Generalist, you will deliver weekly Day 1 orientations, manage HR data with high accuracy, and respond to first-line queries from staff and managers. This role is based in Bath two days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience using Dayforce or a similar HRIS platform.
• Organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• A collaborative approach to building positive relationships across the business
• Excellent attention to detail for managing HR data and contracts
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving established HR processes

Responsibilities

• Administer accurate and timely processes for onboarding, offboarding, and internal moves
• Manage and deliver weekly Day 1 orientation sessions alongside fellow People Generalists
• Maintain HR systems, employee files, and documentation accurately within Dayforce
• Provide administrative support for absence management, probation, and parental leave
• Respond to first-line employee relations queries from employees and managers
• Support the People & Culture team with process improvements and benefits administration
