Job summary

Tem-Energy is hiring a People Performance Manager to join our Performance Service. You will partner with leaders across our Engines and Services to drive sustained performance, onboarding, and development, and to build scalable frameworks for progression and reward.

You’ll co-design progression, performance standards, and pay decisions, own live cases end-to-end, and leverage AI and automation to reduce repetitive work while focusing on judgment and people outcomes.

Qualifications

• You have held real accountability for decisions on people and partnered with leaders.
• You are comfortable with tough conversations and balancing efficiency with empathy.
• You have built or contributed to high-performance cultures and challenged leadership decisions.
• You can operate without a fixed playbook in a fast-changing environment.
• You are fluent with Notion, automation and AI tooling and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coach and challenge leaders on people-related decisions and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Raise the bar on performance, potential, pay and progression with consistency.
• Handle live cases end to end: performance management, difficult conversations, exits and restructures.
• Build scalable progression and reward processes with the Performance team and use AI to automate repeatable work.
• Design processes and frameworks for scalable growth and organizational shape beyond textbook models.
• Automate the repeatable so the operation runs itself and time is used for judgement.
• Turn recurring pain points into improved processes, tools, and guidance, and measure impact.
