Job summary

Flash Pack is hiring a People Partner to join our People team. You will work closely with our Head of People & Talent to build frameworks, programmes and ways of working that help our people do their best work in a remote-first world.

You will own and deliver key projects across the People lifecycle such as onboarding, probations, growth and development, performance management and be a trusted partner to our managers, helping them bring to life and embed the things we’re building.

Qualifications

• Experience in a scaling environment with ability to bring structure in ambiguity.
• Proven ability to build trust quickly and provide practical guidance.
• Experience supporting managers across the people lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, ER conversations.
• Built people products (onboarding programmes, manager toolkits, performance frameworks) with measurable impact.
• Execution mindset: shipping, iterating, and delivering; comfortable with proactive delivery.
• Curiosity about AI and how it can improve people operations.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams and keeping teams connected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of People & Talent to translate strategy into practical tools and processes (onboarding, probations, manager playbooks, 1:1 and performance frameworks).
• Act as a trusted partner to people managers, coaching through people moments and embedding frameworks.
• Drive engagement strategy: run surveys, interpret data, and turn insights into action to improve team experience.
• Own Foundations of People Ops: keep contracts moving, identify automation opportunities to stay lean.
• Lead in-person and remote team events, building rhythm and routines for gatherings.
