Responsibilities

Build the skills behind how Unity gives and receives feedback; enable structured check-ins.
Design and curate professional and technical development tied to the performance model.
Calibrate and promote readiness by coaching on evidence for decisions; support fair, consistent outcomes.
Own onboarding and probation experiences to ensure early contributor impact.
Improve performance tooling literacy across the organisation to connect strategy with accountability.
Define progression frameworks for client-facing and enablement tracks that align with pay.
Use data to track behavior change and report findings to leadership.
