Qualifications

• Experience in performance management or employee relations across Europe and APAC.
• Ability to handle sensitive casework with partial information, messy handoffs and tight timelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and information management.
• Ability to operationalise and scale processes, frameworks and supporting documentation.
• Strong written communication and adaptability to edits.
• Good judgment on what to share and what stays verbal.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional performance casework end-to-end with documentation and tracking.
• Own and improve operational processes for managers and People Partners.
• Build and maintain manager resources and documentation.
• Partner with Leadership Design on manager enablement programs.
• Pull and compile reports for sensitive personnel matters.
• Maintain tracking systems for casework and enablement initiatives.
