Job summary

Perk, formerly TravelPerk, is scaling its People function and seeks a People Advisor on a fixed-term contract to transform employee relations using AI and modern systems. You will partner with UK, Barcelona, and Boston teams to drive proactive, compliant ER management across regions.

You'll empower leaders, shape policy application, and deliver data-driven insights while maintaining meticulous documentation and timely case resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI-driven casework workflows.
• Strong coaching and judgement to support managers.
• Extensive ER, performance, and conduct case handling across UK/Europe.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships using data.
• Excellent documentation and compliance discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement next-generation ways of working, utilizing AI integration to streamline case management, data analysis, and manager enablement.
• Act as a trusted co-pilot to our leaders, empowering them to confidently navigate performance, conduct, probation cases, attendance concerns, and policy changes.
• Maintain flawless, compliant documentation while providing high-quality, human-centric support that ensures our policies are applied consistently across the region.
• Transform raw data into strategic insights, highlighting trends and early warning signs so we can intervene proactively rather than reactively.
• Drive ER cases from open to resolution with exceptional efficiency, minimizing timelines without compromising on care or compliance.
• Partner seamlessly with the wider People Team and business units to ensure smooth, aligned delivery of all ER matters.
