Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a Head of People for Endurance Racing & Business Performance to lead a progressive people strategy across ~200 staff. This role requires hands-on, high-performance partner to senior leaders, delivering people initiatives linked to car performance in a dynamic, multi-time-zone environment.

You will work with Advisors, drive talent planning, organisational design, workforce analytics, and employee relations while maintaining a bias for impact and delivery in a hybrid,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior People/HR roles within elite performance or high-paced environments.
• Proven ability to translate people strategy into pragmatic, business-focused solutions.
• Strong communication skills with leaders; influence at executive level.
• Experience in change management in engineering/sport contexts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the local people plan in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to anticipate workforce needs and translate into solutions.
• Drive org design and change management with minimal disruption.
• Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
• Oversee employee relations and reward activities in partnership with finance.
• Strengthen stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
