ClearScore is seeking an experienced People Partner for a maternity cover, hands-on role across employee relations, performance, organisational change and People development. You will inherit live casework from day one, advising managers and delivering practical People initiatives at pace.

The role balances day-to-day partnership with longer-term projects, and an interest in applying AI to People processes is a bonus. Hybrid working is supported.

Qualificações

• Own end-to-end employee relations work including absence and discipline.
• Coach managers through difficult conversations and provide practical advice.
• Ensure People processes are applied fairly and consistently.
• Lead performance management cycles and change initiatives.
• Apply UK employment law and keep abreast of cross-border considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage ER, performance, and change initiatives.
• Develop communications and support through periods of change.
• Roll out People platforms, programmes and frameworks.
• Deliver manager capability and development programmes.
