Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Business Manager to lead a team and drive performance across Clacton, Colchester and Chelmsford. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement and managing a small caseload while ensuring delivery against targets.

You will develop staff through coaching, identify skills gaps, and use MI tools to monitor KPI trends. May require travel across the Herts & Essex region and offers flexible working where possible.

Qualifications

• Previous direct line management of a team.
• Personal track record of working towards and achieving targets.
• Experience or desire to progress into people management including mentoring and coaching.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management skills and experience.
• Strong administration and written communication/record keeping skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the Herts & Essex region.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder engagement with key partners (DPW, JCP, Employers).
• Performance management and identifying skills gaps; mentoring and coaching staff.
• Manage a small caseload of participants.
