Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Business Manager to lead and motivate a team, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive performance across Watford and surrounding areas. The role requires overseeing up to eight Careers Coaches and a caseload of participants, with travel between Watford, Hertford, Stevenage & Harlow.

You will report on KPI trends, mentor staff, and ensure delivery of services under Youth Jobs Guarantee and partner programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and achieving targets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Hertfordshire/Essex region.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder engagement with DPW, JCP and employers.
• Manage up to 8 Careers Coaches and a caseload of participants.
• Lead performance management, coaching, and development reviews.
• Monitor KPI trends using MI tools and report findings.
• Address customer/member issues and escalate as needed.
