Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Business Manager to lead a team and drive performance across Suffolk. The role involves stakeholder engagement with DPW, JCP and employers, managing up to eight Careers Coaches, and handling a small participant caseload. It is office-based with travel across the region.

You will utilise coaching and people management skills to deliver results, with a pro-rata option for part-time work and a strong focus on development and community impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and motivating a team to drive performance.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and multi-partner relationships.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with track record of development.
• Excellent administrative and written communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder engagement with key partners (DPW, JCP and employers).
• Manage up to 8 Careers Coaches and a caseload of participants.
• Drive performance against targets; support monthly and annual reviews.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and training to staff; identify skills gaps.
• Monitor KPIs using MI tools and address customer / member feedback.
• Travel across Suffolk region as required.
