Job summary

Reed in Partnership delivers public services to transform lives across the region. The Business Manager role leads a Progression Coaches team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong performance against KPIs.

The role is office-based with travel across Essex and Hertfordshire, offering pro-rata for part-time, flexible working where possible. You will manage day-to-day operations, team development and stakeholder relationships to maximise employment opportunities and support for job

Qualifications

• Direct line management of a team.
• Experience in sales, customer service or recruitment.
• Track record of meeting targets personally and as a manager.
• Experience in training, coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership and implementing strategies to upskill local communities.
• Monitor and manage office and individual performance against KPIs.
• Lead, motivate and direct staff to exceed targets.
• Oversee staff development, coaching and recruitment.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise referrals.
• Prepare and interpret Profit and Loss and financial forecasts.
