Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a seasoned People Partner to support managers and colleagues across the organisation from Birmingham with expert people advice, coaching, and guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.

You will work with the People Team Manager to provide a professional, solutions-focused HR service that aligns with organisational objectives, enhances employee experience, and drives continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing professional HR advisory and employee relations support.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to coach managers on complex people matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice and coaching to managers on a range of employment matters.
• Manage a varied Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and attendance cases.
• Support managers throughout investigations and formal processes.
• Provide guidance on organisational change and workforce-related matters.
• Facilitate mediation meetings where appropriate.
• Produce and analyse people metrics and reports for senior stakeholders.
