Job summary

Wolverhampton Homes is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our People Team as an Assistant HR Business Partner. This varied, hands-on role supports managers across the employee lifecycle and workforce initiatives, working closely with HR Business Partners to deliver high-quality HR services.

You will provide practical advice, build strong stakeholder relationships, and help deliver service improvements while ensuring compliance with HR policies and Employment Law.

• Able to build effective relationships at all levels.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities.
