Job summary

Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced People Partner to partner with managers across the business, offering expert advice, coaching and support across the full employee lifecycle. You will bring strong employment law knowledge and a practical, people-focused approach to help leaders make informed decisions.

This role covers employee relations, policy development, organisational change, talent management, and initiatives to enhance diversity, inclusion and employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a HR Business Partner, People Partner or Senior HR Advisor role.
  • Strong employee relations experience including disciplinary, grievance, performance and attendance management.
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience coaching and developing managers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using HR systems and analysing people data.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to develop their people management capability.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on people-related matters.
  • Support managers with attendance, performance, conduct, wellbeing, and workplace relationship issues.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation to understand business needs and deliver effective people solutions.
  • Manage and support a wide range of employee relations cases including attendance, performance, grievance, disciplinary and conduct matters.
  • Coach managers through complex people issues and support early resolution wherever possible.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and best practice.
  • Support employment tribunals, ACAS matters and other external proceedings where required.
  • Support the development and implementation of people policies, procedures and guidance.
  • Analyse workforce data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to people projects and organisational change initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement across people processes and employee experience.
  • Champion fair and inclusive practices across the organisation.
  • Support equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Challenge practices that may impact fairness, inclusion or employee wellbeing.
  • Support talent management and succession planning activities.
  • Provide coaching and career development guidance.
  • Contribute to recruitment, assessment and selection processes.
  • Support leadership and management development initiatives.

The Opportunity

As a People Partner, you will work closely with managers and stakeholders, providing expert advice, coaching, and support across the full employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
HR Partnering

About You

You’ll be a proactive HR professional with strong employee relations experience and the confidence to build effective working relationships at all levels.

Essential Experience
  • Previous experience within a HR Business Partner, People Partner or Senior HR Advisor role.
  • Strong employee relations experience including disciplinary, grievance, performance and attendance management.
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience coaching and developing managers.
