Job summary

TEC Partnership is seeking an experienced People Partner to provide expert advice on employee relations across multiple campuses. You will manage disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, redundancy and TUPE processes, partnering with managers to ensure fair and legally compliant outcomes.

You will influence policy development, support investigations and hearings, and collaborate with unions, Health and legal advisers while driving workforce planning and organisational change across the TECP

Qualifications

• Significant experience in employee relations and complex case management.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing disciplinaries, grievances, capability, absence, redundancy and TUPE processes.
• Ability to conduct and support investigations, hearings and consultations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.
• Experience developing managers through guidance, training and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and support across a wide range of employee relations matters.
• Lead on complex case management to ensure fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes.
• Partner with managers across the employee lifecycle, guiding on investigations, hearings, policy application and organisational change.
• Collaborate with trade unions, Occupational Health and legal advisers as required.
• Contribute to the development of people policies, workforce planning initiatives and change programmes.
