Job summary

Provide CIC is seeking an experienced HR professional to join the People Team as a People Partner. The role focuses on advising managers and senior leaders on complex employee relations matters, shaping workforce strategy, and supporting organisational change including TUPE transfers.

• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Experience as HR generalist delivering HR interventions.
• Experience in health and social care sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex and sensitive employee relations issues and advise managers and leaders across the Provide Group.
• Lead organisational change and TUPE programmes, ensuring smooth transition and legal compliance.
• Drive positive change through evidence-based advice, constructive challenge and practical solutions.
• Develop and implement people practices and monitor workforce KPIs.
• Coach managers to build people management skills and apply HR policies confidently.
• Advise senior leaders on people matters to influence business decisions.
• Develop innovative workforce solutions that support organisational objectives.
• Provide specialist workforce expertise and foster a positive employee relations culture.
