Job summary

Reiss Limited is seeking a People Partner to translate the People Plan into practice across designated business areas. You’ll work closely with the Head of People and the broader People Team to build trusted relationships and provide pragmatic advice, supporting an exceptional employee experience.

You’ll combine generalist HR expertise with a commercial mindset, using insight to identify opportunities, improve processes and help leaders build high-performing, engaged teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as People Partner or HR Business Partner or similar generalist HR role.
• Experience in fast-paced retail, fashion or commercial environments.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder influence.
• Experience using people data to identify trends and improvements.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multi-priority management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the People Plan across allocated business areas.
• Advise on a broad range of employee relations matters.
• Use data and insight to identify trends and actions.
• Improve people processes to ensure high standards of delivery.
• Support performance reviews, pay reviews and progression grids.
• Coach People leaders to develop capability across performance and engagement.
• Support culture, engagement, ED&I, wellbeing and recognition initiatives.
• Collaborate with Retail People, People Development and Talent teams.
