Job summary

RE:GEN Group is seeking a People Experience Partner to work closely with senior managers and the Head of People Experience to deliver proactive HR support across the group. You will act as a primary contact for colleagues and line managers, fostering a supportive workplace and addressing daily and strategic people needs.

As a true generalist, you will ensure compliance with internal processes and employment law, apply consistent practices, and collaborate across the group to drive organisational

Qualifications

• CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
• Generalist HR experience at Advisor level or above.
• Experience managing HR systems including HR and e-learning platforms.
• Experience training/upskilling managers in People related policies/procedures.
• Experience applying and interpreting procedures and policies effectively.
• Clear and credible communicator with high emotional intelligence.
• Able to demonstrate problem solving, analysis, reporting and adaptability.
• Team Player with ability to coach & support colleagues.
• Generalist HR knowledge across multiple responsibilities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of HR practice including employment law.
• IT literate, proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line people advice, support and coaching on employment terms, conditions and policies.
• Coach line managers through the full colleague lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Support delivery of the Group’s People Plan, performance reviews and pay/bonus processes.
• Present options to line managers balancing business interests and risks.
• Facilitate workforce planning, job gradings and benchmarking.
• Liaise with line managers to ensure timely completion of people tasks.
• Arrange and attend meetings, ensuring policy/procedure compliance.
• Support people projects and team/corporate objectives.
• Provide advice on disciplinary, absence and grievance casework.
• Interpret people data to support decision making.
• Advise on job design, organisational change and redeployment processes.
• Contribute to updating policies within governance frameworks.
• Advise on occupational health referrals and absence management.
• Ensure payroll data accuracy and timely processing.
