Job summary

PIB Group is seeking a People Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the delivery of the People Strategic Plan and advise managers on complex HR issues. The role focuses on building relationships with senior managers and acting as the People representative in disciplinary and grievance matters.

You will support HR processes, including absence management, salary analysis, and succession planning, while collaborating with the People Director and Divisional Head of HR.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or above is required.
• Experience as a Senior People Advisor or People Business Partner.
• Excellent interpersonal and advisory skills in HR contexts.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with senior managers to support the People agenda.
• Represent the People function in disciplinary, grievance, investigations and related meetings.
• Provide guidance to managers on People issues and HR processes.
