Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to provide expert HR partnering to our operational leaders. You will help drive people strategies, performance management, and change initiatives across business units.

The role supports TUPE transfers, restructures, and major HR projects in a fast-paced environment. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a pro-rata benefits package and a competitive base salary between £55,000 and £65,000.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR/People Business Partner or senior level within the People profession is required.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels, including first line and senior managers.
• Knowledge of employment law and TUPE transfers is essential.
• Experience delivering strategic HR change programmes and managing contract changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance and reward analyses and drive improvements to performance management.
• Navigate employee relations matters, ensuring fair and legal practices.
• Plan resource and talent planning, advising on recruitment and retention strategies.
• Contribute to organisational design to meet current and future needs.
• Support HR change programmes and onboarding of new business wins or contract changes.
