Senior Manager, People Business Partner (London)

• Strategic partner - collaborate closely with leaders to help shape the people agenda and influence key decisions and plans with sound, people‑focused advice and metrics.
• Trusted advisor - provide expert guidance on people policy and practice, support complex people management matters as well as advise and personally support managers with employee relations casework.
• Champion values and culture - ensure our values are embedded and help to shape and uphold a positive work environment, championing inclusion, wellbeing and engagement.
• Workforce strategy - support organisation and job design, succession planning and help shape and deliver diversity strategies.
• Build capability - coach leaders, build people‑management capability, and help identify skill gaps.

Collaborating across a matrixed HR team, you'll contribute to organisation‑wide projects and policy development, while also shaping bespoke solutions that address the specific needs of your department.
