Qualifications
Experience with EORs is desirable.
Passion for keeping up with changing UK employment law.
Previous participation in audits is beneficial.
Responsibilities
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare and run monthly payroll for UK and Canadian entities.
Act as the main contact with employer of records.
Maintain health and safety compliance.
Assist with annual audits from a People Team perspective.
Provide HR support to site engineering team.
Update company policies to align with employment legislation.
Be responsible for UK visa processes.
Advise managers on employment matters.
Implement initiatives within the People Team.
Maintain accurate HRIS information.
Promote company culture through events.
Seek to improve People Team practices.
Skills
