Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment end-to-end and coordinating hiring processes.
• Familiarity with HR systems, ATS and data reporting.
• Knowledge of GDPR, safeguarding and related compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment campaigns and end-to-end recruitment processes in NI.
• Ensure pre-employment checks and Access NI compliance.
• Produce recruitment reports and oversee onboarding and data entry.
