Michael Page is seeking a People Operations Partner in Leeds to help run HR operations daily. You will ensure smooth delivery of processes, policies and systems to support a fast-paced organisation and employee experience.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, maintain HR records, advise on policy, assist with employee relations, and contribute to HR projects and reporting. The role requires CIPD Level 3+ and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations or a related role.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and records.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency in using HR systems and software.
• CIPD Level 3+.

Responsabilités

• Manage HR processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency across all operations.
• Support employee life cycle activities, including on boarding and off boarding.
• Maintain and update HR systems and records accurately.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
• Assist with employee relations matters and support resolution processes.
• Collaborate on HR projects to improve processes and employee experience.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of HR metrics and data.
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and support requests.
