Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking a People Operations Partner on a fixed-term basis to support employees and leaders across the UK and Europe. You’ll manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, govern benefits, payroll support, learning, and day-to-day HR queries, and help shape how HR services are delivered.

This hybrid role requires collaborating with HR Partners, IT, and Reward, using Workday and AI-enabled tools to automate processes, ensure data accuracy, and improve the

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in HR advisory, People Operations or generalist HR role
• Experience across the employee lifecycle
• Experience administering benefits/payroll in Europe
• Strong written and verbal communication, with stakeholders at all levels
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools or HR automation is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle across UK and Europe (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
• Manage benefits and European payroll activities
• Handle HR queries with clear guidance and practical solutions
• Maintain Workday data accuracy and employee records
• Coordinate learning, development and Day 1 experiences for new starters
• Collaborate with HR Partners, IT and Reward to improve processes and governance
• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify People processes, and develop AI-enabled workflows
