Job summary

Flock seeks a hands-on People Operations lead to own the employee lifecycle, payroll input, benefits, the HRIS, and office management. You’ll design scalable, AI-native processes and report to the Senior People Partner while collaborating across the leadership team.

Based in London, this hybrid role requires UK employment law know-how, data-driven decision making, and a discreet approach to confidential matters. You’ll drive people programs for a fast-growing business and strong culture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on People or HR Operations experience in a fast-moving scale-up.
• Payroll input and benefits administration experience.
• Strong HRIS skills, data integrity and reporting.
• Experience building AI-driven workflows in HR.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and compliance.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding, changes, and leavers.
• Manage payroll input and benefits administration; collaborate with Finance for reporting.
• Own HRIS data, workflows, and monthly People reporting.
• Lead office management, events, and vendor relationships.
• Design and implement AI-native workflows to automate routine processes.
• Partner with IT on access automation and cost/data audits.
