Job summary

Box seeks an experienced People Operations Generalist to manage end-to-end HR processes for the EMEA region, including onboarding and offboarding experiences and comprehensive documentation.

You will partner with Payroll, People Partners, Benefits and Recruiting to ensure smooth cross-functional processes, data integrity in Workday, and compliant handling of immigration matters and UK labour law.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration or personnel management/ SSC experience.
• Full employee lifecycle management experience.
• Immigration and work permit administration experience.
• Solid knowledge of UK labour law and termination procedures.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experiences for the EMEA region.
• Handle employee documentation such as employment contracts and letters, ensuring confidentiality.
• Administer attendance and leave processes and assist with time-off requests.
• Partner with Payroll, People Partners, Benefits and Recruiting for cross-functional processes.
• Contribute to regional/global People Operations projects with owned workstreams.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and escalations via the ticketing system.
• Ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Workday) and manage lifecycle changes with regular data audits.
• Support administrative aspects of the EMEA immigration program and monitor local requirements for compliance.
• Generate basic HR reports and assist with data analysis as required.
