JMR Healthcare Ltd is seeking a People Operations Manager to shape culture, support teams and ensure HR operations run smoothly across the group. Based in Poringland, Norfolk, with travel as required, this full-time role combines office presence with one day of home working per week.

You will lead day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and employee relations, while acting as a role model for our values—Compassion, Excellence, Integrity and Courage.

Formación

• CIPD Level 5 Diploma or equivalent qualification or relevant experience
• Level 5 Diploma apprenticeship available post-probation
• Experience at HR Adviser level or higher (e.g., Senior HR Adviser, HR Operations Manager)
• Experience with HR & Payroll systems (iTrent, People First, Workday, Resource Link)
• Experience handling employee relations matters (disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, performance)
• Strong knowledge of employment law and fair, values-led HR processes
• Ability to manage competing priorities and coach managers on policy adherence
• UK driving licence required

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day operational management across the People Function
• Deliver HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and L&D across the JMR group
• Act as a role model and promote the organisation's values (Compassion, Excellence, Integrity, Courage)
• Support managers with people matters and coordinate HR activities across workstreams
• Maintain accurate and compliant records and escalate issues as needed
