A leading care provider in the East of England is seeking a Group Delivery & Transformation Lead to spearhead strategic initiatives and enhance operational performance. Job Title: Group Delivery & Transformation Lead

Location: Poringland, Norfolk (with travel as required)

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 18:00

The successful candidate will be required to be flexible to accommodate the needs of the role, including evenings, weekends.

With experience in delivering complex projects, launching new services/ business units, commercial awareness and ability to understand financial modelling and business planning, you will be confident in influencing senior stakeholders and working successfully across multiple functional teams. To succeed in the role, you will need to have strong organisational and programme management capability, and be passionate about delivering safe, person-centred services and committed to continuous improvement.
