Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited in Norfolk seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function across multiple sites, partnering with the Leadership Team to drive people-focused business performance. This hands-on role covers employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, payroll support, and reporting.

You will coach managers, influence decisions, and help create a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience with UK employment law knowledge.
• Ability to manage complex employee relations cases independently.
• Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience supporting business change and HR improvements.

We are seeking an experienced and confident HR Manager to join a growing and successful Norfolk-based business. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting people while driving business performance.

Working closely with the Leadership Team, you will take ownership of the HR function across multiple sites, providing practical and commercially focused HR support to managers and employees alike. You'll play a key role in ensuring people processes run smoothly, supporting organisational growth and helping to create a positive working environment.

This is a varied and hands‑on role, ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing decision‑making and making a genuine impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management cases.
• Provide practical HR guidance and support to managers and senior leaders.

We are looking for an approachable and resilient HR professional who can confidently operate at all levels of the business.

You will ideally have

• Previous experience in a generalist HR position, ideally at HR Manager level.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases independently.
• The ability to coach, influence and challenge managers in a constructive manner.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience supporting business change and implementing HR improvements.
• Knowledge of HR systems and payroll processes.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent practical experience.Previous experience within a retail, logistics or multi‑site environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
