Rogo is hiring its first UK-based People Operations Manager to build and scale the People function across the UK and EMEA. You will partner with leaders and employees, shaping the employee experience as we grow, with autonomy to set priorities and drive initiatives from idea to execution.

You will own programs around onboarding, performance, engagement, benefits, immigration, and HR compliance, while partnering with Legal, Recruiting, and Finance to drive expansion and operational improvements.

Formación

• 5+ years of People Operations or HR experience in a high-growth environment.
• Experience supporting rapid expansion across EMEA, including scaling operations across countries.
• Hands-on experience with UK immigration and visa sponsorship, plus exposure to immigration and employee mobility across EMEA.

Responsabilidades

• Shape our People approach as we enter new markets and build scalable infrastructure.
• Build a thoughtful onboarding experience for new hires.
• Run performance review and engagement survey cycles and translate feedback into action.
• Own People systems, workflows, and data accuracy across the employee lifecycle, and improve automations.
