Rogo is building AI-native tools for finance and is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to scale the team across Europe and Asia. You will own interview logistics, candidate communication, and the operational backbone that keeps hiring moving quickly without sacrificing quality.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, operations, or fast-paced admin across time zones
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Strong sense of ownership and proactivity
• Experience with ATS/CRM (Ashby, Gem preferred) and modern tools
• Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and founders
• Low ego, reliable, can do any small task

Responsabilidades

• Run interview logistics end-to-end across teams, time zones, formats (phone, Zoom, in-person)
• Own the candidate experience as main contact throughout the process
• Keep recruiting machine organized with clean data in ATS and tracking progress
• Improve hiring processes with ad-hoc projects to speed and quality
