Job summary

Coder in London seeks an experienced HR/People Operations professional to own day-to-day HR for the GTM team, including UK and EOR employees. You will manage offers, contracts, and onboarding for international hires, and administer UK benefits while ensuring compliant practices across the international population.

You will maintain employee data in Rippling and Deel, assist audits, and work with Legal, Finance, and HRBPs on policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR or People Operations with UK experience.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling and Deel.
• Working knowledge of UK employment law and EOR models.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary day-to-day HR contact for GTM employees in London, UK and across EORs.
• Own offer letters, contract administration, and onboarding workflows for international hires.
• Administer UK benefits and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and HRBPs on policies.
• Maintain accurate international employee data in Rippling and Deel; support audits.
• Answer questions on benefits, policies, leave, and pay; elevate complex issues to HRBP.
• Identify improvements to onboarding, administration, and offboarding for international staff.

Job description

• You’ll be our first People presence on the ground in London and the day-to-day HR contact for the GTM pod, including our UK team and employees across our Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements. Our London entity is already up and running, so you’ll keep the international employee experience running smoothly, help it mature, and work closely with the HRBPs on anything complex
• Be the primary day-to-day HR contact for GTM employees, including UK and EOR employees
• Own offer letters, contract administration, and onboarding workflows for international hires, including country-specific requirements
• Administer benefits for our UK entity and across EOR providers, and recommend improvements as our international population grows
• Keep our UK employment practices compliant and current, working with Legal, Finance, and the HRBPs on policies, contracts, and statutory requirements
• Keep international employee data accurate in Rippling and Deel, and support audits and reporting
• Answer employee questions on benefits, policies, leave, and pay, and elevate complex matters to the HRBP
• Identify and implement improvements to how we onboard, administer, and offboard international employees
