Qualifications

• Strong experience in a People Operations/HR Operations/HR Manager role.
• Comfortable working across people systems, data, reporting, reward, policy and core HR processes.
• Experience coaching or developing others with a supportive leadership style.
• Self-motivated with an inquisitive mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Highly organised, analytical and process-minded with ability to create structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve core People Operations processes across sites and Head Office.
• Identify recurring issues and inefficiencies, turning them into practical improvements.
• Lead People Operations projects including process redesign, policy reviews and reporting improvements.
• Own day-to-day management, governance and development of people systems, data and insight.
• Drive delivery of reward activities, benefits and communications; support policy governance.
