Job summary

Goodlord is seeking a People Operations Lead to own the operating layer of our People function, managing our People Operations Specialist and reporting directly to the People Director. This role is London-based with a hybrid pattern and a strong emphasis on data, systems and process improvement.

You'll own end-to-end colleague lifecycle operations, reward infrastructure, salary benchmarking and banding, and collaborate across People, Finance, Payroll and Tech.

Qualifications

• Significant People Operations experience owning end-to-end processes
• Hands-on experience with People systems and data using HRIS (Personio)
• Experience across reward, benefits, pay review cycles, benchmarking
• Track record of continuous improvement and automation
• Active interest in AI and automation in People teams

Responsibilities

• Be curious, analytical and data-driven in decision making
• Lead process redesign and automation initiatives
• Own People operations, systems and data across lifecycle
• Collaborate with People Partners, Talent, Finance, Payroll and Tech
