BaxterStorey is seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead the people agenda across the BA Lounges contract, building an engaged, inclusive and high-performing culture that supports both colleagues and customers. You will work closely with operational leaders and the Senior Management Team to translate the People Plan into practical actions.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
• Experience in people management within a hospitality or similar industry.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
• Confidentiality concerning sensitive data and employee records.
• Proven experience in people management, preferably in a similar role or industry.
• Ideally CIPD qualified.
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Responsabilités

• Support the Senior Management team of the BA Lounges contract for all things People.
• Lead an internal People Team and work closely with the wider BaxterStorey People Team.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, facilitating effective communication and promoting employee growth.
• Align team objectives with organisational goals and ensure engagement, motivation and resources to succeed.
• Provide trusted advice, coaching and challenge to managers and senior leaders.
